Louis D. Wolfrum RIP
Thoroughbred Mutt , former dogie correctional institute inmate Louis D. Wolfrum was rescued in 1994 and given gainful employment as studio manager at Audio Graphic Services. His cheerful, attractive, caring, house broken nature has provided both comic and stress relief along with the relief that comes with being on intimate terms with all trees and bushes in the vicinity of Audio Graphic Services. Fifteen inches tall, fifteen pounds of non-stop energy he is considered by many clients to be our most valuable and intelligent asset. Louis has educational background in both cat and squirrel psychology as well as canine scatology. (What this has to do with audio or graphic design is any body's guess?) Artie Fields, nationally known advertising producer has said "His vocal talents are far better than many pop singers I've heard recently." So another career may be in the offing for this most talented of Audio Graphic Service Staff. In 2006 Louis was given the Senior Dog award by a famous Dog Publication. Louis passed to his dogie reward in March 2009. He was a great gift to us and lived to be 18 years old, all in the joy of his dogness. A great loss to us. Hopefully, St. Augustine was on point and we will again see his smiling dogie face in heaven, sitting on Fr. Hardon's lap as he used to do here. Louie...we miss you.
Molly D. Wolfrum
Another
addition to the staff came in
late 2005 with Louis's sidekick and second in command, Mollydog
Wolfrum. Although a personal friend of Louis's for years
previously
when living with Henry Wolfrum, Ed's father. On her arrival she felt
the need to assert her authority. This was quickly corrected by
Louis
and all went well from then on. They quickly became close buddy's with
Louis once commenting "Thanks for giving me my own dog..." Upon
Louis's passing she has taken command but not without a month long
period of mourning. Molly herself, a senior of 71 years, is a
victim of the same congestive heart desease that took her good buddy
Louis. A common problem with smaller canine seniors. She is
braving it well and hopefully will be here to greet all who come with
the same hospitality as all of our great canine staff have.
